      本研究利用行为学实验装置研究了双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube)对低潮区、中潮区和高潮区沉积物表层10cm和60cm深以下的沉积物的选择行为。结果显示,在实验装置一中,不同沉积物的有机物含量没有显著差异(P>0.05),1#沉积物和4#沉积物中碳含量显著高于2#沉积物(P<0.05),4#沉积物中氮含量显著高于2#沉积物和6#沉积物,不同沉积物的H2S含量均差异显著(P<0.05),1#沉积物间隙水中H2S含量显著高于其它各组(P<0.05)。规格和底质类型对双齿围沙蚕的选择行为没有显著影响(P>0.05);规格对双齿围沙蚕搜寻时间影响显著(P<0.05),而底质类型则对搜寻时间没有显著影响(P>0.05)。在实验装置二中,6#沉积物中有机物含量显著高于1#和2#沉积物(P<0.05),6#沉积物中碳氮含量均显著高于其它沉积物(P<0.05),2#沉积物中H2S含量显著高于其它沉积物(P<0.05),各个沉积物间隙水中H2S含量均差异显著(P<0.05)。底质类型和规格对双齿围沙蚕的移动距离均有显著影响(P<0.05)。本研究表明,小规格双齿围沙蚕比较活跃和敏感,倾向于选择硫化氢含量较低的底质;在底质内部钻蚀时,双齿围沙蚕倾向于选择物质含量较低的底质,总体来看,双齿围沙蚕对自然栖息地底质类型选择性不强。

      It is well known that the bioturbation is important to the biogeochemical process of the sediment. The relationships of bioturbation and the changes of sediment environment have been well studied by many previous work. However, there is little information about behavior of the infauna which is the direct factor affecting the sediment. In the present study, the sediments at low tidal zone, middle tidal zone and high tidal zone were collected at different depths (above 10cm: 1#, 2# and 3# sediment and below 60cm: 4#, 5# and 6# sediment) at a natural habitat of Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube to study the choice behavior in device Ⅰ and device Ⅱ. The organic matter, carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide contents in different types of sediment were also investigated. In device Ⅰ, the results showed that there was no difference in organic matters (P>0.05). The carbon contents in 1# and 4# sediment were significantly higher than that in 2# sediment (P<0.05). The nitrogen content in 4# sediment was significantly higher than those in 2# and 6# sediment (P<0.05). The H2S content were significantly different among different sediments (P<0.05). The H2S concentration in pore water of 1# sediment was significantly higher than others (P<0.05). Two-way ANOVA showed that different sizes of P. aibuhitensis and different types of sediment had no significant effect on the choice behavior of P. aibuhitensis (P>0.05). The sizes significantly affected searching time (P<0.05), while the sediment types had no effect on searching time (P>0.05). In device Ⅱ, the organic matter content in sediment 6 # was significantly higher than those in 1# and 2# sediment (P < 0.05). The of carbon and nitrogen contents in 6# sediment were significantly higher than those in other sediments (P < 0.05). The H2S content in 2# sediment was significantly higher than that in other sediments (P < 0.05), and the H2S concentration in pore water were significantly different among sediments (P < 0.05). The results showed that small size P. aibuhitensis was more active and sensitive. They preferred to choose the sediment with lower H2S content. When P. aibuhitensis drilled inside the sediment, they tended to choose the sediment with low matter content. In general, P. aibuhitensis had a slight selectivity to the different types of natural sediment.
