      为探究长吻鮠(Leiocassis longirostris)形态性状对体质量的影响,随机选取115尾14月龄长吻鮠,测定其体质量(Y)、全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、体宽(X4)、头长(X5)、头高(X6)、头宽(X7)、吻长(X8)、尾柄长(X9)、尾柄高(X10)和躯干长(X11)共12个性状,进行相关分析、通径分析、和多元回归分析。结果表明,11个形态性状与体质量的相关性均达到极显著水平(P?0.01);全长、头宽、体长、吻长和尾柄高5个性状的通径系数达到显著水平(P?0.05),其中全长对体质量的直接作用最大;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果一致,全长、头宽、尾柄高、体长和吻长的共同决定系数总和为0.911,说明这5个性状是影响长吻鮠体质量的主要因素;运用多元回归分析建立了以体质量(Y)为因变量,全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头宽(X7)、吻长(X8)、尾柄高(X10)为自变量的线性回归方程:Y=-301.368+5.888X1+5.988X2+21.482X7+16.408X8+34.878X10。 该研究结果为长吻鮠生长相关性状选育提供理论依据,在长吻鮠优良 个体选育中具有重要意义。

      In order to explore the effect of morphological traits on body mass of Leiocassis longirostris, the 115 14-month-old samples were randomly selected. Twelve morphometric traits including body mass (Y), total length (X1), standard length (X2), body height (X3), body width (X4), head length (X5), head height (X6), head width (X7), snout length (X8), caudal peduncle length (X9), caudal peduncle depth (X10) and trunk length (X11) were measured and then analyzed by correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the correlation between these 11 morphological traits and body mass all reached a very extremely significant level (P <0.01). The Path analysis results showed that there were five morphological traits, including total length , standard length , head width , snout length and caudal peduncle depth reached a significant level (P <0.05). Among them, total length had the greatest direct impact on body mass. The common determinant coefficients of total length , standard length , head width , snout length and caudal peduncle depth were 0.911, which was consistent with the results of path analysis, indicating that these five morphological traits were the main factors affecting body mass of Leiocassis longirostris. The multiple regression analysis was used to establish the linear regression equations with body mess (Y) as the dependent variable, total length (X1), standard length (X2), head width (X7), snout length (X8) and caudal peduncle depth (X10) as independent variables, which were presented as Y=-301.368+5.888X1+5.988X2+21.482X7+16.408X8+34.878X10. The results of this study provide theoretical basis for the breeding of growth related traits of Leiocassis longirostris. It is of great significance in the fine individual breeding of Leiocassis longirostris.
