      为探讨存在于人工鱼礁表面的海洋细菌与贝类附着之间的互作关系,本实验从自然海域中的人工鱼礁表面上分离了9株海洋细菌,并分别构建单一细菌生物被膜,探索不同细菌种属形成的生物被膜特性与厚壳贻贝(Mytilus coruscus)稚贝附着之间的关系。结果表明,9株人工鱼礁表面细菌形成的生物被膜对厚壳贻贝稚贝附着的诱导活性存在显著差异,其中Mesoflavibacter sp. 2对稚贝附着的诱导活性最高,Phaeobacter sp. 2的诱导活性最低。Sutcliffiella sp.1和Jeotgalibacillus sp.1的细菌密度与诱导活性呈显著正相关,Cytobacillus sp. 1和Phaeobacter sp. 2的细菌密度与诱导活性呈显著负相关。通过比较分析Mesoflavibacter sp. 2和Phaeobacter sp. 2生物被膜的蛋白质及多糖含量发现,生物被膜对厚壳贻贝稚贝附着的诱导活性与多糖含量呈显著负相关,与蛋白质含量呈正相关。本实验初步探索了人工鱼礁表面细菌形成的生物被膜对厚壳贻贝稚贝附着的影响,为后续在自然海区进一步开展人工鱼礁表面生物被膜与海洋无脊椎动物附着的互作关系具有重要理论研究意义,同时对于人工鱼礁表面海洋生物附着机制的研究具有重要的实践价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the interaction between marine bacteria on the surface of artificial reefs and shellfish settlement, 9 strains of marine bacteria were isolated from the surface of artificial reefs in natural marine areas and then used to constructed monospecific bacterial biofilms. The relationship between the characteristics of different bacterial biofilms and the settlement of Mytilus coruscus juveniles was investigated by using different species of bacteria isolated. The results showed that there were significant differences in the inducing activity of biofilms formed by 9 strains of artificial reef surface on the settlement of mussel juvenile, and Mesoflavibacter sp. 2 had the highest inducing activity for the settlement of juvenile mussels, while Phaeobacter sp. 2had the lowest induction activity. The bacterial density of Sutcliffiella sp. 1 and Jeotgalibacillus sp. 1 showed a significant positive correlation with inducing activity, and bacterial density of Cytobacillus sp. 1 and Phaeobacter sp. 2 was negatively correlated with induction activity. By comparative analyzing the contents of proteins and polysaccharides in Mesoflavibacter sp. 2 and Phaeobacter sp. 2 biofilms, it was found that polysaccharide content was significantly negatively correlated with the induction activity to juvenile mussels, and positively correlated with protein content. This experiment preliminarily explored the influence of artificial reef surface bacteria on the settlement of M. coruscus juvenile, which has important theoretical significance for further research on the interaction between artificial reef surface biofilm and marine invertebrate settlement in natural marine areas, and has important practical value for research on the settlement mechanism of artificial reef surface marine organisms.
