      设置四种LED光谱环境,分别为蓝(λ450nm)、绿(λ525nm)、黄(λ590nm)、白(λ400-780nm),水温控制在22±1℃,光周期为16L:8D,光强设为200mW/m2。研究光谱对红鳍东方鲀受精卵孵化和孵化后1~18d (即实验第6~23d)仔稚鱼形态性状(全长、体长、躯干长、尾长、头长、眼径、体高)以及生长相关基因,包括生长激素(GH)、生长激素受体1型(GHR1)、类胰岛素生长因子1型(IGF1)基因相对表达量的影响。实验结果表明:蓝、绿、黄光处理组的受精卵比白光处理组早2d孵化;在实验结束时,蓝光处理组下仔稚鱼的全长、体长、躯干长、尾长生长最快,黄光处理组下头长、眼径、体高生长最快。对于生长相关基因,蓝光下的GH基因表达量显著高于黄、白光组(P<0.05),但与绿光组无显著性差异(P>0.05);对于GHR1基因,不同光谱下基因的表达量无显著性差异,但蓝光下GHR1基因的表达量最高。蓝、绿光下IGF1基因表达量较高,但与黄、白光组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综合研究结果表明:蓝光、绿光、黄光促进红鳍东方鲀受精卵的孵化,蓝光有利于红鳍东方鲀仔稚鱼的生长发育。

      Four LED spectral parameters are set, which are blue (λ450nm), green (λ525nm),yellow (λ590nm) and white (λ400-780nm), water temperature is controlled at 22±1℃, photoperiod is 16L: 8D,The light intensity was set at 200mW/m2.The results showed that the fertilized eggs of the blue, green and yellow spectrum hatched 2 days earlier than the white . At the end of the experiment, the full length, body length, trunk length and tail length of the larvae in the blue spectrum were the most. Fast, yellow spectrum under the head length, eye diameter, body height growth fastest. For growth genes, the expression of GH gene under blue light was significantly higher than yellow and white light group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference with green light group (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in gene expression between GHR1 under different pectra, but the expression of GH gene under blue light was the highest. The expression of IGF1 gene was higher under blue and green light, but there was no significant difference between the yellow and white light groups (P>0.05). The results showed that LED spectrum (blue, green, yellow) promote the hatching of the fertilized eggs of Takifugu rubripes larvae, and the blue spectrum is beneficial to the growth and development of the Takifugu rubripes larvae.
