      海草是地球上一类经由陆生植物演化,发展到可以完全在海洋环境中生活的高等被子植物,具有重要的生态功能价值和及经济价值。本文综述了近年来国内外对海草植株扩繁理论及其定植效应的研究进展,总结了影响海草植株生长扩繁的环境因素,探讨了定植间距、定植阶段、施肥处理等定植理论和技术对海草植株定植效应的影响,并对目前存在的科学问题进行归纳总结,就未来我国沿岸受损海草床生态系统的规模化修复提出了研究展望。

      Seagrass is a kind of higher angiosperms developed from terrestrial plants to marine environment, . Seagrass beds constructed from seagrass have having importantly ecological and economical values, providing habitats and feeding areas for a diverse marine fauna, acting as an ecosystem engineer. . During 1993-~2003, the disappearance acreage of seagrass ecological zones reached 2.6×106 ha. Since the acreage of seagrass bed was first recorded in 1879, it is estimated that more than 5.1×106 ha of seagrass bed has completely disappeared. With the severe decline of seagrass beds and people's cognition of the ecological functions of seagrass beds, the seagrass bed ecological restoration has been one of the important coastal environmental engineering. Habitat enhancement is the main methods for seagrass bed restoration. Planning for seagrass bed restoration is urgently needed at present, and large-scale artificial propagations haves become a necessary means of current habitat restoration. The current scientific problem to be solved is how to use the characteristics of seagrass shoot clonal propagation, and establish the theory and technology of efficient plant propagation. In order to achieve the effect of high-efficiency seagrass shoot propagation, it is necessary to develop: 1) Promoting growth and propagation of key factors; 2) Construction and implementation of artificial propagation platform; 3) Promoting growth and propagation of planting technique. This paper reviewed the research progress in shoot propagation theory and planting of seagrasses, summarized the environmental factors affecting the growth and development of seagrass shoots, and discussed the effect of planting space, planting time and fertilization on the seagrass shoot growth and production. The basic problems existing at present were summarized. The prospect for large-scale restoration of damaged seagrass bed ecosystem along the coast of China was proposed in the future.
