      为研究不同性别口虾蛄生物学性状的相互关系,测量了全长(TL)、体长(BL)、头胸甲长(CL)、尾扇长(FL)、腹部长(AL)、腹部宽(AW)、大螯长(LL)和体重(Y)8个生物学指标,通过相关分析、通径分析等方法研究了形态性状对体重的影响,利用逐步回归方法建立了形态性状对体重的回归方程,拟合了7个形态性状与体重的曲线模型。结果表明口虾蛄体重的变异系数大于形态性状,雌、雄群体尾扇长(FL)、腹部宽(AW)、大螯长(LL)和体重(Y)等数量性状上差异极显著(P<0.01),雌、雄群体和混合群体各数量性状的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。在形态性状的相互关系中,对雌性群体、雄性群体群和混合群体而言,全长和体长的相关系数最大(分别为0.984、0.993和0.988),形态性状和体重的相互关系中,雌性群体全长与体重的相关系数最大(0.973),雄性群体体长与体重的相关系数最大(0.974),混合群体腹部宽与体重的相关系数最大(0.969)。雌性群体和混合群体对体重直接作用最大形态性状均为腹部宽(AW)(通径系数分别为0.418、0.508),雄性群体体长(BL)对体重的直接作用最大(通径系数为0.613)。雌性群体、混合群体腹部宽(AW)对体重的直接决定系数最大(0.175、0.258),雄性体长(BL)对体重的直接决定系数最大(0.376)。雌性群体选育时主要考虑全长(TL)、腹部宽(AW)、头胸甲长(CL),雄性群体主要考虑体长(BL)、腹部宽(AW),混合群体主要考虑腹部宽(AW)、全长(TL)。以形态性状为自变量,体重为因变量建立的雌、雄群体和混合群体回归方程分别为Y1=-48.499+0.315 XTL+1.159 XAW+0.186XCL(R2 =0.978)、Y2=-55.987+0.453 XBL+1.152XAW(R2 =0.959)和Y3=-51.651+1.738XAW+0.274 XTL(R2 =0.960)。口虾蛄形态性状与体重之间的最优拟合模型有线性模型、幂函数模型、指数函数模型等类型,雌、雄口虾蛄除TL、AL与体重的最优拟合模型类型相同外,其他均不相同。本研究可为口虾蛄选种提供理论依据。

      In order to study the correlation of biological traits between male and female mantis shrimp(Oratosquilla oratori) .Eight biological indicators such as total length (TL), body length (BL), carapace length (CL), tail fan length (FL), abdominal length (AL), abdominal width (AW), large pincers length (LL), and wet weight (Y) were measured. The influence of morphological traits on body weight was studied by correlation analysis and path analysis. The regression equations of morphological traits on body weight were established by using stepwise regression method, and the curve models of seven shape traits and body weight were fitted. The results showed that the variation coefficient of body weight was greater than the morphological traits, and the quantitative traits such as tail fan length(FL), abdominal width(AW), large pincers length(LL) and weight(Y) were significantly different between male and female mantis shrimp(Oratosquilla oratori) (P<0.01) .The correlation of the quantitative traits reached a very significant level(P< 0.01) among the female, male and mixed populations. In the relationship of morphological traits, the correlation coefficients of total length to body length were the largest in the female group, the male group, and the mixed group(0.984, 0.993, and 0.988, respectively), and the relationship of morphological traits to body weight, the correlation coefficient of total length to body weight was the highest in the female group(0.973), the correlation coefficient of body length to body weight was the largest in the male group(0.974), and the correlation coefficient of abdominal width to body weight was the largest in the mixed group(0.969). The greatest direct effect on body weight in females and mixed populations was abdominal width(AW)(diameter coefficients of 0.418 and 0.508, respectively), and the direct effect on body weight was greatest in male body length(BL)(diameter coefficient of 0.613). The direct determination coefficient of abdominal width(AW) to body weight was the highest in the female group and mixed group (0.175, 0.258, respectively), and the direct determination coefficient of body length(BL) to body weight was the highest in the male group(0.376). Total length(TL), abdominal width(AW), and head breastplate length(CL) is mainly considered for the female population. Body length(BL) and abdominal width(AW) is mainly considered for the male population. Abdominal width(AW) and total length(TL) is mainly considered for the mixed population. The regression equations of female, male and mixed populations with morphological traits as independent variables and body weight as dependent variables are Y1=-48.499+0.315XTL+1.159XAW+0.186XCL(R2=0.978) ,Y2=-55.987+0.453XBL+1.152XAW(R2=0.959) and Y3=-51.651+1.738XAW+0.274XTL(R2=0.960). The optimal fitting model of morphological traits to body weight of mantis shrimp(Oratosquilla oratori) is linear model, power function model , exponential function model, etc.. There are the same type of optimal fitting model except TL, AL between male and female mantis shrimp(Oratosquilla oratoria), in addition, nothing else is the same. This study can provide theoretical basis for the selection of Oratosquilla oratori
