      为了从时间序列上探讨天津大神堂海域礁体附着生物的群落特征变化,为天津大神堂海域人工鱼礁的建设和管理提供参考资料。本研究于2018年9月通过鱼礁打捞的方式调查了2010年、2012年、2014年、2016年和2018年投放礁区礁体附着生物情况。调查分析结果如下:虽然不同年份投礁区礁体附着生物的种类和数量有所差异,但是长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)均占绝对优势地位。由于投放时间较短,礁体尚未完全形成附着生物群落,2018年投礁区礁体附着生物的种类数、附着生物数量和重量、生物多样性指数和物种均匀度指数均显著低于其他年份。2010年投礁区域礁体附着生物种类和数量均显著高于其他年份,但在附着生物重量上没有显著性差异。这些数据表明,人工鱼礁附着生物种类受到礁体投放环境的影响很大,时间序列对人工鱼礁附着生物的影响在投放前期较为明显,当生物量达到一定数值后,其影响明显减弱,但其生物生态环境仍在缓慢改善,生物多样性逐步增加。

      In order to collect reference materials for construction and management of artificial reef in Dashentang, community characteristics of attachment organisms on the artificial reefs built in different years were evaluated. Three artificial reefs were lifted in September 2018 from the reef area built in 2010, 2012, 2014,2016 and 2018, respectively. And the attachment organisms were collected to analyze. The species and number of attachment organisms were different from artificial reefs built in different years, but Crassostrea gigas was the dominant species of attachment organisms on all artificial reefs, even in individual years it was the only dominant species. These results might be related to the biological environment of sea area where the artificial reef were built. The artificial reef area in our study was adjacent to the natural oyster reef area of Tianjin where the resources of C.gigas was very rich, these might be the main factor for C.gigas being the absolute dominant species. Due to short interval between the time of survey and reef built, the biological community of attachment organisms had not yet fully formed. So the species number, organisms number, biomass, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of attachment organisms on reefs built in 2018 were significantly lower than these in other years. The species number and organisms number of attachment organisms on reefs built in 2010 were significantly higher than these in other years, but no significant difference of biomass was observed between the attachment organisms on reefs built in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016. The results suggested that the species of attached organisms on artificial reef are greatly affected by the environment in where the reefs were built. The effect of time series on attached organisms was more obvious in the early stages after reef built. When the biomass of attached organisms reached a certain value, the effect was significantly reduced. However, its biological environment was still slowly improving and its biodiversity is gradually increasing.
