      为探究pH变化对海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradia)胚胎发育及幼虫生长发育的影响,研究利用盐酸调节海水pH值法,以pH 8.0~8.2为对照组,分析了不同酸化程度(pH为7.6~7.7、7.3~7.4、7.0~7.1、6.7~6.8)对海湾扇贝胚胎及幼虫的影响。研究显示:pH变化对海湾扇贝胚胎孵化率、畸形率,幼虫的生长速率、存活率以及眼点幼虫的附着率均有显著影响(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各酸化组胚胎孵化率降低,畸形率增高,孵化时间延长,且幼虫个体明显小于对照组;D型幼虫生长速率与pH变化呈负相关性,存活率明显低于对照组;壳顶幼虫时期,第8dpH下降0.7~0.8及以下时,壳顶幼虫几乎全部死亡,且生长出现停滞状态;眼点幼虫附着率与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),第7d时pH6.7~6.8附着率仅为对照组?。研究结果表明,pH变化海水对海湾扇贝早期胚胎及幼虫生长发育具有显著影响,该研究为评估pH变化对海湾扇贝等经济贝类资源和养殖产业的影响提供了基础依据。

      In order to explore the effects of pH changes on the embryonic development and larval growth of Argopecten irradia (Argopecten irradia), this study used hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of seawater, and took pH 8.0~8.2 as the control group to analyze the effects of different degrees of acidification (pH 7.6~7.7, 7.3~7.4, 7.0~7.1, 6.7~6.8) on the embryos and larvae of gulf scallops.The results showed that pH changes had significant effects on embryo hatching rate, malformation rate, growth rate of larvae, survival rate and attachment rate of eye spot larvae of bay scallop (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the embryo hatching rate, malformation rate and incubation time of each acidification group were decreased, and the individual larva was significantly smaller than that of the control group.The growth rate of type D larvae was negatively correlated with pH change, and the survival rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the stage of shell apex larva, when pH drops from 0.7 to 0.8 or below, almost all shell apex larva die and their growth becomes stagnant.Eyespots larvae adherent rate significant difference with control group, 7 d pH6.7 ~ 6.8 adherent rate only one-third as control group.The results showed that the pH change of seawater had a significant impact on the growth and development of early embryos and larvae of bay scallops. This study provided a basis for assessing the impact of pH change on economic shellfish resources such as bay scallops and the cultivation industry.
