      【目的】为探究饲料中添加地衣芽孢杆菌对大泷六线鱼血清非特异性免疫及抗病力的影响,【方法】选用平均体质量为22.00±2.0 g的大泷六线鱼,随机分成3组,每组3个平行,每个平行30尾鱼。对照组投喂仅有蛋白液包裹的基础饲料,试验组投喂含活菌量达5×107 CFU/g(0.5%)、1×108 CFU/g(1.0%)地衣芽孢杆菌的试验饲料。喂养50天试验结束后通过致病菌杀鲑气单胞菌进行攻毒感染,测定14天内累积死亡率。【结果】结果显示,饲料中添加地衣芽孢杆菌可显著提高大泷六线鱼的特定生长率SGR (P<0.05)。与对照组比较,0.5%、1.0%地衣芽孢杆菌均可提高大泷六线鱼血清中SOD、CAT及T-AOC活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量 (P<0.05);GSH-Px活性在1.0%试验组较对照组下降,0.5%试验组较对照组提高。1.0%地衣芽孢杆菌组鱼血清中GS、MDH活性第40天达到最高(P<0.05),而0.5%试验组HK活性第40天达最高(P<0.05)。地衣芽孢杆菌试验组鱼血清中AST和ALT活性较对照组均降低(P<0.05),CHE、ADA活性较对照组提高(P<0.05)。攻毒感染试验显示,1.0%地衣芽孢杆菌组大泷六线鱼14天内累积死亡率仅有35.55% (P<0.05)。【结论】由此可见,饲料中添加地衣芽孢杆菌可提高大泷六线鱼非特异性免疫功能及对杀鲑气单胞菌的抵抗能力。

      This study aimed to assess effect of Bacillus licheniformis on serum non-special immune and resistance against Aeromonas salraonicida of Hexagrammos otakii. H. otakii, with an average initial body weight of about 22.0±2.0 g/tail were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 3 parallels per group and 30 fishes per parallel. fishes in the control group were fed a basal diet wrapped with albumen, and others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with B. licheniformis 5×107 CFU/g(0.5%), 1×108 CFU/g(1.0%). After 50 days, fishes were infected by A. salraonicida, and the cumulative mortality rate was determined within 14 days. 【Result】The specific growth rate (SGR) were found to be significantly higher in the fish fed the diets containing B. licheniformis (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, activities of SOD, CAT, and T-AOC in the serum of H. otakii in 0.5%, 1.0% B. licheniformis groups increased significantly (P<0.05), the content of MDA decreased (P<0.05). The GSH-Px activity in 1.0% B. licheniformis group was lower than that in the control group, but in 0.5% B. licheniformis group it was higher than that in the control group. Compared to the control group, activities of GS, MDH in the serum of 1.0% B. licheniformis group were increased significantly on the 40th day (P<0.05), and activity of HK in the serum of 0.5% B. licheniformis group reached the highest level on the 40th day (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the AST and ALT activities in the fish serum of B. licheniformis group decreased (P<0.05). The CHE and ADA activities were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The challenged infection test showed that the 14 day cumulative mortality rate in 1.0% B. licheniformis group was only 35.55% (P<0.05).【Conclusion】It can be seen that B. licheniformis can improve the non-specific immune function and the resistance to Aeromonas salmon of H. otakii.
