高效液相色谱法检测海水中磺胺类药物残留

摘要:
研究建立了海水中5种磺胺类药物残留检测方法。样品经Oasis HLB固相柱萃取,磺胺类药物与干扰物分离,利用高效液相色谱法,采用紫外检测器检测。以乙腈(pH≈3)∶水(pH≈3)=20∶80作为流动相,于270nm波长处对5种磺胺类药物进行同时检测。结果表明,5种药物在0.05~5.00mg/L范围内均呈良好线性关系,两个添加浓度的平均回收率范围为75%~92%,相对标准偏差皆小于10%。该方法海水中最低检出浓度为:磺胺嘧啶(SD)20 ng/L、磺胺甲基嘧啶(SM1)20 ng/L、磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SM2)20 ng/L、磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMZ)30 ng/L、磺胺喹恶啉(SQ)40ng/L。

Determination of sulfonamides residues in seawater by using high performance liquid chromatography
Abstract:
An analytical method was established for the determination of residues of five sulfonamides in sea water by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet detector. The five drugs showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~5.00mg/L. The average recovery was 75%~92% at two concentration levels. The relative standard deviation was less than 10%. The minimum detection concentrations were as follows: sulfadiazine, 20 ng/L; sulfamerazine, 20 ng/L; sulfamethazine, 20ng/L; sulfamethoxazole, 30ng/L; sulfaquinoxaline, 40 ng/L. The results indicate that this HPLC assay is specific, accurate and reproducible.
