盐度对云纹石斑鱼(♀)×七带石斑鱼(♂)杂交子一代胚胎发育和仔鱼

观察了在9个盐度梯度(5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45)下云纹石斑鱼(♀)×七带石斑鱼(♂)杂交子一代受精卵和初孵仔鱼在水中的分布状态;对不同盐度条件下其胚胎发育周期、孵化率和畸形率进行比较;并对其初孵仔鱼进行了耐饥饿试验,测定其生存活力指数(Survival activity index,SAI)。结果表明,其受精卵孵化的适宜盐度范围是25~40,最适盐度范围为30~35,盐度低于30时,盐度越低,孵化率越低,畸形率越高;盐度高于35时,盐度越高,孵化率越低,畸形率越高;仔鱼的最适生存盐度范围为30~35,此盐度下的SAI值分别为33.3±0.8和24.1±0.2,盐度低于30时,盐度越低,仔鱼的存活率及SAI值越低;盐度高于35时,盐度越高,仔鱼的存活率及SAI值越低。 |

Effect of salinity on embryonic development and larval activity of F1 Epinephelus moara (♀)×E. Septemfasciatus(♂) |

Abstract: |
The incubation period, hatching and deformity rate of the fertilized eggs and the survival activity index (SAI) of newly-hatched larvae of F1 Epinephelus moara (♀)×E. Septemfasciatus(♂) were examined at salinities of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 (natural seawater salinity), 35, 40 and 45. The results showed that the optimum salinity for hatching was in the range of 30~35. When the salinity was above 35 or below 30, the hatching rate decreased and the percentage of abnormal larvae increased. The optimum salinity for larval survival was between 30~35, and the SAI values were 33.3±0.8 and 24.1±0.2, respectively. When the salinity was above 30 or below 35, both of the larvae survival rates and the SAI values decreased. |
