光照对脆江蓠生长及光合色素含量的影响

摘要:
将福建宁德海区人工养殖的脆江蓠分别于40、80、120、160、200 μmol/m2• s光照下进行培养。测定其相对生长速率、干重、光合色素含量、光合作用速率等指标,并绘制光合作用曲线,计算其光饱和点和光补偿点。结果表明,在低光照(40 μmol/m2• s)下,脆江蓠呈现负生长,但光合色素含量较高;短期(7 d)内,80~120 μmol/m2• s的光照强度适宜脆江蓠生长,相对生长速率显著高于其他光强,光合色素含量也显著高于高光强各组;经长期(14~28 d)培养,高光强(160 ~200 μmol/m2• s)下的脆江蓠相对生长速率和光合色素含量逐渐升高,随光照增强,藻体干重不断增大,在200 μmol/m2• s下干重达到最大;20℃时,脆江蓠呼吸作用速率为0.07±0.03 μmol O2/g•min,最大光合作用速率为0.40±0.12 μmol O2/g•min,光补偿点为35±15 μmol/m2• s,光饱和点为200±60 μmol/m2• s。

Impact of light intensity on growth and levels of photosynthetic pigments of Gracilaria chouae
Abstract:
The impact of light intensity on growth and biomass of Gracilaria chouae were studied under laboratory conditions. It was found that G.chouae could not keep long term growth at a low light intensity (40 μmol/m2•s). In a short time (<7 d), G.chouae achieved the rapidest grow that 80~120 μmol/m2•s, and the content of photosynthetic pigment was greater than the other treatments. In a longer period (14~28 d), the relative growth rate and the content of photosynthetic pigment of G.chouae increased with higher light intensities.Their dry weight reached the peak at 200 μmol/m2•s. The highest photosynthetic rate and respiration rate of G.chouae were obtained at 0.40±0.12 μmol O2/g•s, and 0.07±0.03 μmol O2/g•s respectively.The light saturation and compensation points of G.chouae were 200±60 μmol/m2•s and 35±15 μmol/m2•s, respectively.
